Testimonials

"Breathe, Balance, & Believe" Podcast: This is a great Sunday morning listen from my friend and modern day philosopher - Bappa Choudhury - one of the happiest human beings I know. He is an incredible storyteller gathering stories from so many unique life experiences. Being in his presence won’t do anything but...light you up!

Bappa is a tremendous human being, motivational speaker and career/life guide. I have had the privilege of seeing him present programs on three different occasions to business leaders. Each time, the groups were completely engaged and transformed in their thinking about how to gain more personal and professional success and fulfillment in life. His message is delivered so effectively because he uses humor, images, stories and experiences from the participants in a way that connects them to the most powerful and reliable parts of themselves. His “Breathe, Balance and Believe” principles are wonderful guideposts for business growth, personal growth and happiness as you journey through life.

I have known Bappa for 30 years as a participant in training sessions I have conducted, as my client on projects in his various management positions and as a co-facilitator at training sessions – the one word I would use to describe Bappa – ACHIEVEMENT. ACHIEVEMENT – his ability to achieve what he has set for himself and his organization and his ability to empower you to achieve what you have set for yourself and your organization. Bappa is a leader, one who has a vision, one who is able to communicate that vision and engage followers to do that which is required to realize that vision.

I had the distinct pleasure of hearing Bappa speak at the University of Pennsylvannia School of Nursing. I did not know what to expect and was absolutely delighted. I commented after his presentation that he was "better than an antidepressant!" I enjoyed his presentation so muchthat I immediately invited him to speak to our "Living Indepently For Elders," clinicians. They were spell bound! We all felt so refreshed after his presentation. Many stayed to have their pictures taken with him. He has a gift. If you can have him speak to your church, community group or business, you will not be disappointed!!!

"Bappa was the most welcoming, inclusive, and inspiring Executive mentor I’ve ever met. When approached with an issue, he always had the most thought provoking, introspective, questions lined up which stopped you in your tracks to make you deliberate concerns at their core. It was powerful. The same man who put you in deep contemplation also had the power command an entire room into roaring laughter with a single picture. It was awe inspiring. This is why after watching one of his didactic talks and seeing him invigorate and light up the faces and steps of executives, I asked if he could MC my wedding and he was crazy enough to say yes. In the end he didn’t MC, but he did give a toast to Family on our very special day. This day, brought much anxiety to the surface as we were bringing together the family of a girl from a tiny little 3rd world country with the established family of a boy from the coast of New England. Bappa’s enthusiasm, personality and sincerity were instrumental in energizing two wildly diverse families from vastly different cultures.  Getting married was the easy part for us, bringing our families together and getting the party started was the challenge. Fortunately, we had seen Bappa’s ability to motivate and engage a crowd while simultaneously knitting together complex talking points in a professional setting.  We approached Bappa with the scheme of applying his skills that we had observed firsthand professionally to our wedding. His philosophy and vision proved to be invaluable assets to us during a potentially stressful event and resulted in focused positive energy. Bappa was presented with the challenge of exciting and weaving two vastly different cultures together, which he achieved flawlessly, climaxing with dancing and cheers. We will forever remember the impact and energy that he used to bring our families together in such a meaningful way."

In my 15 years of meeting planning, I’ve come across many speakers. Few have been as easy to work with and prepared as Bappa Choudhury. His willingness to adapt his message to suit our audience far surpasses anyone I’ve known. In addition, he brings energy and enthusiasm to the classroom. Starting off as speaker, he left as a friend to us all.

"On behalf of Jefferson and my entire leadership team, I want to thank you so much an awesome inspirational session yesterday! It was really want me needed to believe, balance and breath during this very busy and challenging time at Jefferson. You have a very special talent with inspiring others and I hope the Jefferson session yesterday will open many other doors for you to do what you do best, inspire others!

I want to share one of my favorite inspirational leadership quote with you… The challenge of leadership is to be strong, but not rude; be kind, but not weak; be bold, but not bully; be thoughtful, but not lazy; be humble, but not timid; be proud, but not arrogant; have humor,

but without folly.– Jim Rohn
